On Internal Women's Day, I decided to celebrate Maya Angelou, a timeless inspiration to every woman, anywhere in the world. Her life and work were a colorful attestation to the infinite possibilities that lie within us. With the utmost beauty, being her words and her activism, she pushed us to “take life by the lapels”, to face hardships, overcome despair and own our life with all that it has and all that it brings. She taught us how to be a woman, phenomenally.
