The challenge with this project was Sally Hogshead's book needed to be at your side at all times through out the day when managing others and building team engagement. She already had a reference book of countless handouts but it wasn't practical to give printed copies to everyone attending your workshop.
My idea was to develop and design a pocket-size guide that would be the ultimate quick reference cheat sheets for effective communication. It was a huge success and Fascinate advisors bought thousands of them. We are currently in our third print run.
