R.I.P. Seattle

It's sad every time I go downtown anymore. The negative fallout from the boom Seattle has experienced can be seen everywhere. Homeless encampments, garbage all over the city, broken windows... Our city leaders refuse to deal with the core issues that lead to this kind of decline: taxing big biz in the area, minimum wage, health care, affordable housing. They'd rather focus on new sports facilities, and other amenities that make Seattle "world class." This image represents my lament.
