Dark night

I was inspired by the history of the catacombs and the cemetery of the innocent in Paris.

In 1780, the wall separating the cemetery of the Innocents from the houses collapsed. The cellars of nearby houses were filled with the remains of the dead and a huge amount of dirt and sewage. Chief of Police Lenoir suggested turning the former quarries into catacombs, clearing the cemeteries of bones and placing them underground.
