Customer flow without TwoTap integration

I'm doing a blog post for twotap.com. What they are doing is really powerful, useful, and seemingly hard to replicate. But, it was also hard for me to understand. It took a 50 minute conversation for me to grok how it worked and why it was valuable. So, I'm designing some visuals to explain what's broken in the world without TwoTap and how they're fixing it.
