Colorful 2022 Calendar

This started with a 30-day photography project where we took a picture of the same thing every day for a month. I took pictures of the ground, because in Yerevan, a city I've been living in for only 8 months at this point, has different shaped and colored tiles on the ground everywhere.

From there, we were tasked to make a calendar using the photos. We could do whatever we wanted with the photos. I used photoshop to highly saturate them, sometimes overlay them with the same photo, and colorize them in different ways.

The calendar started with a template. I changed the font to Space Mono, I applied a gradient using colors to match the photos, and I played around with the 2022 so the gradient has more space to show off.

And this was the result! It was really fun. This kind of photography project and free-formed exercise is always good because you don't know where it'll take you.

Project was done with the Proper Company team in Yerevan, Armenia.
