The New Republic - Ampersand
Typographic ampersand illustration that I created for The New Republic magazine - a hundred years old magazine that treats mainly about politics, culture, art & big ideas.
In Every issue the Book & The Arts section opener features an artist's representation of an ampersand symbol - a metaphoric conjunction of today's societal look on life, the constant bombardment of "ands".
The previous ampersands series featured the work of Sagmeister & Walsh, Tom Sachs or Arem Duplessis etc.
