DAILY REMINDER • 14 • BE TOGETHER

The meaning of this phrase has changed for me recently with becoming a dad in 2021.

It used to mean spending time with my wife.

Now that we have a son it means being together as a family of three.

I’ve found that being present is one of the most important things in a relationship.

It’s also holding true with being a parent.

I don’t want my son growing up thinking that I care more about my art/side hustle than I care about him.

As much as I want to spend every second of every day creating and pursuing my dreams, I also need to be there for my family.

It’s all about finding balance.
