Disappear Here

One of my favorite books of all time is Less Than Zero written by Brett Easton Ellis. One of the most famous lines is when the protagonist, Clay is riding along in a car with his ex girlfriend, Blair where she asks him the line "did you ever love me?" but he's all too consumed looking up at a billboard that reads "Disappear Here" and avoids every way she turns the question or searches for some sign of living human being inside his hardened shell.
