The Local Living Team started as a group of three local DC area Realtors specializing in residential home sales throughout the greater DC Metro Area. Their team is an award-winning, full-service real estate team with nearly 20 years combined years of experience that offers above and beyond service, including free staging, expert pricing, strategic marketing plans, and white glove handling of every detail, so that your home sale process is seamless and you get top dollar for your home.

The team came to us in need of an established Brand Identity targeting new home buyers in the D.C. Metro area. Our main objective was to portray a modern and fresh logo design with an emphasis on bold typography and nod to the city and industry. Our solution was reflecting the alliteration of Local Living into a dynamic brand mark.
