Snowy Plover Amber Coffee Beer Label

Have you ever tried a Snowy Plover? Picture this. It is a warm fog-less day in San Francisco (rare, I know!) and you head over to Ocean Beach. You stop at our friends, Andytown Coffee Roasters for a Snowy Plover. Think of it as kinda like Italian soda meets coffee. Sparkling water, espresso, & whipcream (house-made with less sugar)

For our collab between Barebottle x Andytown, we knew we had to recreate the iconic drink.....but in beer form. We turned to amber beer as the base with a healthy dose of coffee and a touch of sugar & vanilla to evoke the cream nature of the drink.

For the label design, I turned to the cups of Andy town. They feature a square grid of 9 plovers. I recreated that look with a snowy color gradient. The background is a macro shot of cream swirling in coffee, which evokes just the right taste.

I'm always intrigued by collabs as they offer a new challenge usually with a twist, in this case the design challenge was "How do you evoke the flavors of a Snowy Plover on a beer label?
