DAILY REMINDER • 09 • FEEL YOUR FEELINGS

I’m definitely reminding myself of this a lot throughout the day — to feel my feelings. 

It’s important for me to acknowledge what I’m feeling and how I’m reacting to it. 

It’s especially important for me to acknowledge the negative feelings I have. 

If I feel mad, it’s okay to feel that. 

If I feel frustrated or annoyed, it’s okay to feel that. 

If I feel sad or down, it’s okay to feel that. 

Just because they’re “negative” feelings doesn’t make them bad. 

That’s something I’m working on being okay with.
