Certificate for Participants — Kampus Mengajar

I recently designed a certificate template for participants of Kampus Mengajar—a program for college students to get a hands-on, practical experience of teaching at a primary school for one semester. This certificate is meant to signify said student indeed participated in the program; they can put this in their CV when they want to apply for jobs in the future.

For the design, I wanted it to look professional and can be scanned quickly by future recruiters, but still maintain a youthful look to represent these gen-zs. I decided to use clean, minimalist approach to the certificate to pull the focus onto the student's name. I also opted to use gradient with "trendy" colors on the rim to make the certificate looks dynamic and fresh without distracting too much from the main content.
