Icons

This is my first time ever in crafting any kind of icon (glyphs?) set.

Microscope, pencil, hammer and magic (crystal/fortune) ball.

Process is kinda painful to me, it's mostly PS, but some icons are made in Illustrator first because of Xtream Path. The most trouble I had with the hammer, I couldn't find the right balance for it and I'm still not sure.

I'm total noob with geometry, style, consistency, balance of details and so on, so any kind of suggestion/critique is very welcome.
