VISA – Digital marketing campaign

To introduce VISA’s cross border international card services, I created a range of characters representing various cultures from around the world. They were used in videos and animations on the website, in emailers and web banners to introduce unfamiliar phrases from different languages spoken in foreign countries.

The campaign informed VISA customers that they could use their credit cards in foreign countries to do transactions, thereby taking the hassle of currency exchange out of international travel. Entertaining mouse-activated sound recordings pronounced the phrases and explained their meanings in fun scenarios.
