KALiiN Case Study

KALiiN is an "AI Assistant" that helps you manage your time and schedule. Represented as "your life concierge", it is a product of VaranIdea. I came onboard right as the initial alpha was completed, and help redesign the UI/UX of the application while leading the internal team for Marketing and Digital Strategy. 

I helped redesign many aspects of the user-interface. I helped streamline the on boarding process from 18+ screens down to three by introducing SSO functionality and deferring certain steps until a user took the corresponding action that required that information.

I pioneered a Rebranding campaign, forking development of the core application for specific industries. We pared down the feature-set from the consumer application, added new industry-specific features, and launched as a stand-alone product to incredible interest. 

With the success of the medical rebrand, I was given the opportunity to overhaul the UI for Kaliin 2.0. It was universally accepted both internally and externally as a noticeable improvement across the UI and UX. 

To accompany the release of Kaliin 2.0, I crafted UI for smartwatches that we launched simultaneously.
