HAH Parking Case Study
Version 1 and 2 of HAH Parking was designed & built internally by a single team member. Using low-code middleware, Sketch files were converted to native code in this C2C Platform. The idea was to be the "Air B&B of Parking", and with Version 3 they decided to pivot towards B2C and hire me to completely redesign their platform from the ground up.
When I came in to redesign the app for Version 3, I wanted to consolidate as much information as possible and establish a component structure. One of the key issues I found in the previous versions was that you never quite knew where to look for the information you wanted, and that components would swap places based on how much information was onscreen at any given time.Â
By establishing a hierarchy and condensing the content blocks to be expandable widgets, we were able to guide users through a streamlined, consistent set of steps to guide them through the funnel.
As we rebuilt the mobile app I built the company's first ever design system, so we could ensure consistency between Web and Mobile.
As features were built on the customer facing mobile app, I would design the Administration portions to manage that data in the Web portal. For NDA reasons I am only able to include the empty states and initial onboarding.
