Call Center Ticketing Dashboard UI UX Design

A customizable, user-friendly ticketing management tool for call center agents, to process internal applications, or customer service requests by prioritizing and also resolving day-to-day requests by issuing tickets.

I have designed this project to be part of a larger software suite, called Decol24, and it's one of the three main components of this Call Center Debt Collection Suite.
