Ignorance is Bliss

The goal of this project was to showcase that I was capable of doing an illustration in my design work.

The shapes were used to create a look of the aftermath of various lemons that imply that they were ignorant and a remaining lemon that is blissfully unaware of its surroundings. The accompanying text is used to also poke at this idea for the targeted audience. The design is lighthearted and fun, the choice in color, typeface, and shape targets my audience for those seeking this kind of design. Details such as shading, repetition of shapes, and typeface reveal the message to the viewer and effectively communicate it.
