JML Software Redesign

This project involved an evaluation of the current offering, in terms of information architecture, user experience and visual design. Working closely with the project manager and the internal development team, we worked collaboratively to simplify the current system while maintaining known knowledge patterns used by current customers. Information was gathered with interviews and some high level testing of the new designs at wireframe and visual design stages. Ensuring insight gathering as early as possible within the project lifecycle.
