Protection insurance UX, UI and research co-ordination

Redesigning a current product onto a new digital platform. This project started with initial investigations of current journeys, user flows and user interviews to highlight current pain points. Then collaborating with the project team, I produced wires to put in front of users which also helped to flesh out the user stories while working closely with the 3rd party development team to ensure the vision could be delivered easily. After several rounds of testing, visual design was developed in collaboration with another designer working in a different area of the business.
