Last Days On Earth

In a far-future dystopian world, Earth is dying. Crops are gradually disappearing, the population decreasing, and humans are running out of time to leave Earth before extinction. To preserve humankind, humans searched for another sustainable planet since they knew that Earth was dying. Center of Space Researches (or the company) is leading everything. Would they find what they are looking for? And if they did, could they leave Earth before it is too late?
