Egyptian National Railways

Users face huge critical problems during using the enr platform. The website seems to be not well-organised. It is not direct. It does not tells the user what the purpose of the website is. It also does not have clear navigation of the booking or search process. When using the website for the first time, the user gets lost and does not know how to book a ticket. Also, the user cannot book a ticket unless the user is registered.

During my research and analysis; I try to solve most of the users’ problems. The new website provides user-friendly experience. It also shows the user the process of booking a ticket. I, also, propose a mobile application to provide more easy user-experience. Regarding the privilege of booking a ticket while not registering, the user can book a ticket as a guest or log in and continue the process.
