Blobeaux

I'm having an insanely good time drawing the blood drip style for Hobeaux. After lots of sketching, I decided on a two-layer blood drip style that has thinner, longer drips at the top, and thicker, short drips closer to the baseline. This puts the light source somewhere just above the ascender height. Stacking the layer with the multiply blending mode gives a third color, but I'm not sure if people will be into that. This particular combination looks like a combination of blood and saliva, but the colors could change to get it looking like mucus, mud, ink, or other stuff.
