My 'User Centered' NS
A while ago I worked on a project for the national Dutch railway company. The case was to create a digital, user-centred environment where travellers can check their travel insights, and interact with them, for example, the user of the site would be able to change his subscription according to how much he travels by train.
The post is a throwback, but I believe it is still worth sharing.
