509 PHX is a commercial space rental building in Sunnyslope, Arizona, aiming to give local small biz owners a chance to take their business to the next level with a storefront. The building needed a refresh, so I concepted and 3D rendered a cost effective facade renovation, along with a graphic 50' mural. I also went on to develop an interactive website, sales brochures and animated social media ads to get the word out to prospective small biz owners.
