Swap a Shift Wireframe

Problem

Currently the app has no ability for employees to independently swap their shifts.

Solution

Create a Swap a Shift feature that allows employees to swap their shift with suitable staff if they are unable to work that day.

Research

The design required early input from users to understand what information was important for a store manager when finding suitable staff to fill a shift. Customer feedback also indicated that there was a need for management to have the ability to leave comments when approving or rejecting a shift swap.

Wireframe

Quick sketches were made to organise the information based off the customer feedback. Various possibilities were explored, and a wireframe was then created to get a clearer understanding of the how user would interact with the product.
