Lo-fi user testing

Some lo-fi user testing conducted internally to different age groups. We removed the labels of each icon and tasked each person to guess what message each icon was aiming to convey in context.

The results were great, with most coming back with correct guesses while there are some to improve (green stickers for correct answers, red for not sure/failed to convey the message). We've reviewed accordingly and will continue to refine based on our findings, wanting to widen our user testing to the streets.
