Daily logo Challenge 6/50

I wanted to create a cute and simple coffee chop logo. I still don't have a whole lot of experience with creating them but I came up with the idea of a cat themed coffee shop called Melting Cat.

One thing I wanted to do was to put the cat in the coffee mug and also have a bit of it spilling over the side. I feel like it's a bit basic right now, but I don't fully know what all to do to improve it.

I would love to have constructive feedback on it so I can grow and process with logo designs!
