Work Communication Wireframe

Problem

Currently managers have no option to create and publish messages that can be shared within or across multiple stores.

Solution

Create a work communication feature that allows managers to share critical information or work policies to the entire store so that staff can remain informed about any important information.

Research

User interviews took place with our core customers to determine the customer needs from a managers perspective. This feedback was then analysed to identify what functionality was useful for a manager when creating a new post.

Wireframe

The feature is aimed at an audience of users with a range of technical literacy, from store owners through to deli managers, so the screen had to be clear and intuitive to use. The app layout is designed to guide the user so they can quickly move through each step.
