The key to success is to lay the proper foundation. Our eCommerce experts began working with Maybell Studio by completing a thorough audit that includes a heatmap, user analysis, and A/B testing. MOTIF documented a few suggestions based on the data acquired to improve the brand's online store and increase conversions.
A modification in menu/navigation, adding an effective message on the first fold, including product information above the fold, and changing the quantity of products on collection pages to encourage shoppers to browse further were some of the UX-research-based ideas we made.
MOTIF was effective in assisting Maybell Studio in designing a user-centric and conversion optimization driven eCommerce website after three months. The new site's user-friendly design made their pages accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, resulting in increased on-site visitor interaction .
