According to statistics of realtors, about 97% of apartment hunters start their search online, and more than 87% of them use mobile apps. Mobile apps give us many apartment options to choose from and help us to contact the owners. Meet our new real estate app!
The first screen displays an app motto. The home screen displays a list of apartments recommended to a user and a list of new apartments. The next screen displays the apartment picture, description and price, and a “Book now” CTA button.
For this concept, we chose a light color palette and accented all the interactive elements with vivid brown. The neutral color palette doesn’t distract users from observing the apartment pictures – the main accent of this app.
Using this app, users can see detailed apartment information without entering the apartment page. A minimalistic UI and simple interface will make the process of apartment hunting more convenient and quick.
