Realput is designed for real estate business owners and recruiting leaders who are passionate about providing a simple solution to the complex problems in recruiting. They connects talented people with opportunities to maximize time, build strong relationships and identify a match that changes lives and businesses.

They provide unlimited career opportunities in real estate and an abundance of talent ready to pursue them. The industry’s first real estate labor marketplace that brings the two together using AI.

What we have done

As part of the project, we designed and developed their marketing website focused on the large scale market when building their marketing websites. A new user onboarding approach is implemented based on a more human-centric approach. During the development of this site, we used WordPress.

To attract talent, we looked at what are the steps required from creating a profile to securing an opportunity. Similar to that, we visualize what the process is to get qualified candidates after starting to create an organisation profile.
