The pandemic restartedthe Russian housing market. As of December 1, 2021, housing commissioning in the Russian Federation amounted to 81.7 which is 26.8% higher than the same period in 2020. And all new apartments need a modern renovation, taking into account the latest work-from-home trends.

About project:

1. Input data: a regional company that is just gaining momentum and takes on all projects in a row with a different check

2. Objective: to reach a new level and get expensive projects, not repairs of individual roomsfor a low bill

3. Main problem: complete lack of clear positioning and USP and no “cool” cases to compete with other companies in our chosen positioning

Project outcome:

1. Time: because almost all stages overlapped each other and went in a certain sequence, I managed to meet the deadline of 14 days and not miss a single important detail throughout the project

2. Conversion: 2,98%, the first test month of launching traffic to the site through contextual advertising without A\B testing and with a limited advertising budget

3. Tripwire: 2-4+, out of 20 applications, on average, 1-2 measurements at once. And an additional 1-2 tripwires later from the remaining applications, because many plan to do repairs in a week

4. Transactions: as a result, the customer closed two clients in September for 700k net with 15k invested in advertising in Yandex.YAN, excluding the cost of developing a landing page
