PubliCo Covid Questionnaire
The 5 most important things I learned by designing PubliCo questionnaires, the platform designed and developed with Giovanni Spitale for the University of Zurich and the WHO.
Context
PubliCo is a platform that help citizens and institutions in emergency situations, such as the current pandemic, through a questionnaire. How?
π§π» π±π»ββοΈ π§π»βπ¦° Is the citizen bombarded with information by the media?
He/she takes a smart questionnaire that gives they tailor-made information based on their knowledge and feelings.
π©π»βπΌ π¨π»βπΌ ποΈ Are the institutions far from the citizens?
They get people's thoughts, how well they know the situation, what makes them worry and angry, scientifically elaborated by researchers.
And wasn't it enough to use any questionnaire?
Well, it seems like a trivial tool because there are a thousand of them online, but...
Are they really well done?
Are they really accessible?
Do they make you want to get to the end?
Do they convey an authoritative and institutional feeling to you?
