Bibbble is a business enterprise that serves wide range of digital transformation solutions for companies including cloud-based software services, various integration structures and digital marketing as Software as a Service model (SaaS).
Objectives
The primary goal of the Project is to design a wholistic user experience to fulfill the needs and expectations of main target market of Bibbble, who are the new customers. Because it is some complicated for many people to understand software services, it might be really a challenging decision to make about what is needed, where to begin and what steps must be taken. So, we focused primarily on eliminating this complicatedness while designing the user interface of the website. The secondary target market of the Bibbble consists of potential business partners and new team members.That is why the other goal of the Project is to design an experience and an interface which the company can express its work culture and principles in best way to call potential business partners’ and new team members’ attention
Results
It is way more effective to finalize a design process, If the problems that affects the needs and expectations of target market of companies and the appropriate solutions towards those problems meet on common ground. For this Project, we created twoPersonas and drew several digital journeys. Then, analyzed the problems occurred during those journeys through applying the best user research methods and tools for this Project. We finalized the design concept via choosing bright colors, simple-to-understand pages and contents that enhance user experience significantly.
