A logo that I made for a mental health web application!

As a team, we found that a lot of people silently struggle from mental health issues. We also figured out through research, that a majority of these struggling individuals, don't want to speak to others about it or seek help.

So, we took it upon ourselves to create a website that lets you track your diet, sleeping, and exercise habits. Based on the answers you give the website, it will tell you what you're doing well and what you can improve on!

It is to be noted that we are by no means professionals, just simply trying to help individuals become more aware of their emotions and well being.
