Pet Practise - Registration Flow

Here are my designs on a user flow for registering a pet for a veterinarian.

Project Overview and Goals:

Prompt: Design a pet registration flow for a veterinarian.

Research/Solution: I conducted UX research by interviewing my target users and comparing results from a competitive audit. I created user journey maps, personas and problem statements to back my designs.

I started by creating a responsive desktop website and then adapted my designs for smaller screens. I focused on the pain points of my users which was in the process of the user flow. I kept to a minimalist design and sequential form to breakdown the registering process.

Goals: Moving forward I want to conduct further moderated usability study with my mobile web app, as well as a possible dedicated app with a pet account option that allows users to book their own appointments.
