kikimask - Helping artisans push through the pandemic

Visit the live site here.

In 2020, I started a new sustainable designer mask label named "kikimask." 希 (ki) stands for "hope" in Japanese. I was the sole designer and developer for this project.

While working as a costume designer, I noticed many sewers went out of work during the pandemic. To provide a living wage for them, I started a small passion project selling handmade masks. All masks are made of 100% recyclable & organic cotton.

Within three months of its operation, I sold over 50+ masks via the official website and Instagram page. 100% of the proceeds went back to the artisans.
