Team Hope Community Service Program Poster

It’s always an honor to work with incredible folks at Team Hope and those who support their mission. Recently Menocal Family Practice partnered up with Team Hope and Community Radiology Associates in Frederick, Maryland, in providing clinical breast exams, mammograms, and any needed breast imaging at NO COST TO THE PATIENT.
