Presenting you a mid-fidelity sketching phase during the logo exploration stage made for Truebill.

On the left side is the number of different test sketches. On the right are the chosen finalists after several iterations. Each of them shows one core metaphor - bent bills.

This concept didn't come to our minds at first glance on the brand. Instead, it took some iterations to discover and apply it to the logotype. Thus, our team always tries to make as many logotypes as possible since you can't make a final decision unless you've seen all of the possible variations.
