RollWorks Navigation Redesign

In 2021, the RollWorks design team worked on an initiative to re-frame the platform's information architecture and improve the navigation sidebar. 🗺

After a comprehensive customer research process that involved open interviews ✍️, tree testing 🌳 , and usability testing 👀 , we came out with a new version of the navigation which according to research could double user's task completion rates.

The updated navigation was released in January 2022 and is now available to all RollWorks customers. ✨
