Last year as I was working on a time crunch of a project, I took breaks to sketched these on our office white board. Those “wasted” moments turned out to be really helpful for the project!

It makes “logical sense” to capitalize on all the available hour in a project. But I’ve found that using some of the available hours for breaks actually makes the remaining moments more productive overall. It’s one of those counter intuitive solutions that always blow my mind!!
