Visual Identity Patrimônio Cultural

Visual Identity project for Patrimônio Cultural - Department of preservation and defense of cultural and historical heritage of Minas Gerais's State​​​​​​​.

We were invited to create the Visual Identity of the CPPC - Department of preservation and defense of cultural and historical heritage of Minas Gerais's State. A department that, through regional and specialized work, provides technical and legal support, from the investigative phase, with the performance of expertise, technical inspections and requisition documents, until the adoption of appropriate judicial or extrajudicial measures to safeguard cultural and historical assets.

At the client's request, the visual identity was based on a pre-existing symbol on the stretcher's logo, the colonial sconce - which represents the state's historical and cultural heritage. The visual identity was also asked to align the past, present and future together, in order to create a relevant brand for what it defends and its target audiences.
