RollWorks Sales Insights For Salesforce
In the summer of 2020, RollWorks launched Sales Insights for our Salesforce customers.
As a part of the design process, we conducted research to understand what types of challenges Salespeople encounter in their day-to-day activities.
We discovered that if we were able to monitor and alert Salespeople to hot accounts, we could help them prioritize and streamline their workflow.
Starting with a daily email as our first touch point, Salespeople would get alerted to accounts to focus on for the day.
For any company that interests them, they are able to click from the email and be routed to that particular record in their Salesforce instance. There, they can see a 7 day look-back of any other interesting information RollWorks was able to collect to help them figure out who to reach out to and how to tailor their outgoing message.
We also wanted to provide a dashboard in Salesforce so that they could review any other company activities they may have missed in previous days.
To get set up with Sales Insights, we also designed an experience in RollWorks for the administrator to designate which people on their team should get access to Sales Insights.
So far, this has been a hit with our customers and a really great value-add for RollWorks. Thanks for reading!
