Founded in 2013, the Kitabisa website and application have become a bridge of kindness and a forum for mutual cooperation for the people of Indonesia.

Disclaimer: The following article is part of the learning outcomes in Digitalent PROA (UI/UX). The purpose of this case study is to simplify the features in Kitabisa and share the UX design process that I learned at Digitalent PROA (UI/UX). Some of the things I share here may be just a sampling with the aim of introducing the learning outcomes of the Digitalent PROA UI/UX training and sharing experiences in solving problems encountered.
