Build To Suit/Focus Real Estate Logo

BTS Inc. and Focus Real Estate are two companies in one. Both can operate together or separately. So the above logo proposed a flexible logo system. The companies can promote themselves as a single entity with multiple areas of expertise, a one stop shop. Or promote each as a stand alone business. I designed the icons of each logo to integrate together for the singular logo. Still showing the separate icons but showing how they come together for a complete building/solution. Typography consists of a modified stock font to reinforce a design/construction/integration feeling. Type choice also implies strength, confidence and integrity.
