Diversity and Equity

I was commissioned by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at my company. They requested an illustration to celebrate the 3 pillars of our DEI strategy. I went a little overboard and designed a whole isometric playground! The hope is to add to this over time, a living representation of our DEI cycles that we can use to illustrate our progress.
