Drag and Drop Audiences Feature

Audiences are used to target experiments in Optimizely. With this new darg and drop interface, it's easy to create and save an audience that uses 'and', 'or' rules. An example would be if you wanted to target people in New York OR came from a Google ad (has *this* cookie) as opposed to people in New York who also ('and') came from a Google ad.
