Biolab - a Brazilian pharmaceutical industry with international presence and with the 4th largest sales force in the country - in co-creating with Performa_IT promoted the best relationship experience between Representatives and Physicians.

Through Design Sprint, we mapped Biolab’s representatives difficulties in their entire journey. In collaboration with several of the company’s areas, we brought innovative, practicable and feasible ideas and solutions. We built the project’s Lean Canvas, a prototype which was validated with great enthusiasm by the team and developed the Biolab Studio platform, providing interaction, content management and closer and customized relationship between the representative and the physician by means of a wide predictability and assertive view of the result.

More than 1,500 Biolab’s representatives and countless physicians using the new platform as a feasible achieved result, with the right to a successful presentation in Biolab’s annual sales convention.application in the field.
